Customer Travel Tip: Airport has a very constraint schedule and there are no lockers for you to leave your luggage so you should be aware of that.

Liked: It was my first time in Europe and overall it was an amazing experience.

Disliked: I strongly recommend not to buy memorabilia in downtown because prices tend to be a lot higher, so you should first check around.

Customer Travel Tip: Plan ahead. There is so much to do and see. During the busy season (spring and early fall) you will have to wait in long lines or make reservations ahead of time to get in the Accademy or the Uffizi. Do research to decide what you really want to see in the time available.

Liked: Everything! What is there not to like about Florence? If you can't find something you like to do in this city you must be dead or the most boring person alive.

Disliked: The traffic is crazy!

Customer Travel Tip: Walk around everywhere! Find the market and in the middle the food hall, incredible!

Liked: A really relaxed place to be. We did Rome, Venice and then Florence last so it was the perfect place to end an amazing trip. We were lucky enough to meet someone who showed us some really nice places to visit. Night life is great if you like cocktail bars (nice ones). Some lovely parks around the outskirts.

Disliked: Hard to find a nice restaurant (in the centre).

Customer Travel Tip: Pre-book!! Book slots for the Galleria dell'Accademia and Uffizi. Do a walking tour. Make the effort to clime the Dome of the basilica - getting close to that ceiling alone is worth it, let alone the stunning views over the city. Go to the food markets. And most of all, go rub the piglet's nose to make sure you come back to Florence again!!!

Liked: AMAZING CITY. I fell in love with Florence within hours. There is something to take your breath away around every corner. Felt completely safe walking around alone at night. Great food. Great Markets. Easy to get around. A great base for exploring Tuscany. Undoubtedly the highlight of my Italian holiday.

Disliked: Queues. So many amazing places to go, and a long queue for each of them!!

Customer Travel Tip: The Uffizi is amazing, but consider buying a ticket before getting there, the lines can be long. The Piazza Michelangelo offers a great place for a sunset. The Ponte Vecchio is a good place for a sunrise. The restaurants south of the river can be less expensive.

Liked: Loved Florence. Amazing views. Great temperature. The streets are beautiful. Sights are breathtaking. Lots of culture to see. Not too many tourists. Great shopping spots.
