Customer Travel Tip: Plan out your journey prior to travelling as a lot of streets are one way traffic only. It took us a while to locate the B&B.
Liked: I love Limerick, good choice of shops and Limerick people in general very friendly and welcoming. I visited King John's Castle and thought it very good value for money.
Disliked: Restaurant choices very limited for the size of the city and a lot of pubs with not a lot going on music wise. Lack of street entertainment in comparison to Galway City considering Limerick is City of Culture this year.

Customer Travel Tip: Definitely stay at Robin's Nest! If you are coming by bus, plan carefully ahead because they are not as frequent as in other cities.

Customer Travel Tip: Park your car and forget about it for the duration of the stay. This lovely and very old city is best explored by foot.
Liked: The location beside the Shannon, the castle, museums, quality restaurants and very very friendly people from all nations.
Disliked: The one-way-systems in the centre. We found it very frustrating to not be able to get where we wanted to be.

Customer Travel Tip: Don't stay longer than a few days as there's not much more than that to see, but use it as a base to see the rest of Ireland as it seemed pretty central. And stay at Robins Nest!
Liked: I liked the old town area and sense of history.
Disliked: It's very run down with lots of boarded up homes and shops, and with the grey Irish skies gave it a very glum feel. Which maybe added to the overall feeling of a dark history.
