Customer Travel Tip: Take the free walking tour of Dublin!

Liked: Very friendly people and willing to help travellers. Geographically small city - easy to navigate.

Disliked: Dublin wasn't as big as I had expected - had less tourist attractions than originally thought.

Trip Type:
City break Partying / nightlife Sightseeing & culture Visiting friends or family

Customer Travel Tip: Over-budget because it can become quite expensive. Talk to the locals about places they would recommend visiting as they know about some of the hidden gems. ENJOY IT. It's my favourite place.

Liked: The people are unbelievably friendly, and if travelling on your own you are bound to find somebody to talk to. The history and culture is everywhere you look. The nightlife is amazing and are guaranteed a good night whichever part of the city you visit. There is plenty to see and do and transport to all the sights are easily accessible.

Disliked: The cost of food and drink and the cost of some of the smaller attractions. The leprechaun museum did not seem reasonable.

Customer Travel Tip: Ask the hostel staff for the best non-touristy places to go!

Liked: The buzzing atmosphere, the nightlife, the cosmopolitanism and the entrenched history and culture.

Disliked: There was so much homelessness and poverty everywhere, which contrasted with the city professionals and wealthy tourists pushing past.
