Customer Travel Tip: Make sure your booking is okay and you have to be very firm with street sellers and seems sometimes being rude is the only answer the take for no

Liked: The location is very pretty but you can't walk down the street or watch in peace the sunset without being constantly annoyed by the street sellers.

Disliked: We had to hunt for new place to stay because of double booking and owners of SoltZ Hostel told us all full and wanted to put us in a very expensive resort of theirs outside of town but we found luckily something of our own cheaper.

Customer Travel Tip: Do it ! It is a must see location in Guatemala.

Liked: It is located on lake Atitlan, one of the most beautiful places in Guatemala and a convenient starting place to explore the area. After studying Spanish for 3 months, i feel the Spanish School Jabel Tinamint is of excellent quality and very good value for money. The town is safe at all times and there are many interesting activities to undertake.

Disliked: It can be crowded during the Christmas holidays and although the rainy season in Guatemala, May to Nov, is off putting for it rains most days from about 1:00 PM.
