Customer Travel Tip: Get ready for a walk, and figure out how you're leaving thessaloniki before you get there, it's very hard to buy train or bus tickets and not many people are helpful.

Liked: Tgessaloniki is a beautiful city a bit off the beaten track, so there isn't inflated prices for tourists. There's a lot to see and do, but even sitting on the water front, soaking in the sun can keep you entertained for hours. The seaside is a picturesque site, with mountains ranges towering the background.

Disliked: There are street sellers that are incredibly persistent, and it's difficult to find anyone that speaks English, which can be a bit frustrating if you need help getting to and from anywhere. It's a very hilly city, so if tou're not staying near the water expect a bit of a hike from the city centre back to your hostel.
