Customer Travel Tip: To discover the city on foot!

Liked: I enjoyed the green areas in the city, lots of gardens and parks, as well as the old buildings, museums and churches. It's a cozy, charming little place where I will love to return and spend a longer period of time.

Disliked: Maybe the weather, but that is typical for England :).

Customer Travel Tip: Get out & walk around the city as much as possible & be prepared to feel like you've travelled back in time! Beautiful city.

Liked: One thing in particular was not only the breath-taking cathedral but while I was there there was an evening song on with the choir. Their voices were mesmerizing-I was glued to the pews listening to them. The buildngs, city walls, museums & pubs & restaurants are certain to suit and impress anyone's preferences.

Disliked: The weather wasn't amazing but it still didn't take away from the overall beauty of the city

Customer Travel Tip: Plan ahead...there is so much to see and do if you plan you will get to see it all

Liked: I didn't get to explore the whole of Canterbury but from what I saw it was lovely, plenty of shops and restaurants. It was very picturesque with the cathedral and west gate walls adding plenty of character. The beach was not far away either so you can escape from the busy town and go swimming! I hope there's more to see as I will be moving there I liked it so much...and that was after two days!!

Disliked: No hence why I'm moving there!

Customer Travel Tip: It's was freezing at 29th of March!!!!!

Liked: Cathedral, and its historic buildings. Not to mention the fantastic historic boat trip!!

Disliked: The shops! They are all chained companies and there are not any Canterbury souvenir shops!! Very depressing! As if the city gave up its history and values, there are London souvenir shops everywhere, but not a single Canterbury one.
