Customer Travel Tip: don't go!!!

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Everyone hustles you, seeing the horses and camels that were severely in bad shape. They were malnourished, had huge infected saddle sores and whip marks on them. Obviously they were starving and the whole place smelled like infection near the pyramids because of all the rotting flesh from the wounded animals. Flies were constantly biting and attacking me the whole way and my guide used his whip on my camel repeatedly, Horses were being races around the complex and were extremely exhausted,

Customer Travel Tip: Stay in Downtown Cairo, try Felfela to eat foul and falafal, visit Khan Khalili and its amazing atmospheric mosque at night (ladies are required to cover their hair) enjoy the stunning views over the city from the Citadel and everywhere is very busy on Friday to the point that you can feel quite overwhelmed so bear this in mind altho no problem if you are staying at Dahab Hostel to retreat to the peace that it offers high above the streets of Cairo and admire the view of enchanting Cairo Tower

Liked: Busy buzzy atmosphere, I live in Sharm El Sheikh so a pleasant change to sometimes stay in 'Egypt proper,'
