Customer Travel Tip: Go to Barrio Las Peñas right away. You can spend many hours walking around enjoying the colourful houses and the salsa music in one of the cafés.

Liked: Only Barrio Las Peñas.

Disliked: Not many sights and uninspiring waterfront. Restaurants are too expensive.

Customer Travel Tip: Beware of imposter taxistas! Have your hotel/hostel (or any one nearest you) call a trusted taxi for you.

Liked: Easy access to higher end shops and restaurants.

Disliked: It is super unsafe to travel at night around Guayaquil due to the repeated thefts and violent attacks in imposter taxis.

Customer Travel Tip: Fly from there to the Galapagos Isls because its cheaper than Quito.

Liked: Hot climate. Big city with all of its facilities. Bus station and airport are really close.

Disliked: Not a safe city. Dangerous to go out at night.
