Customer Travel Tip: Definitely go to the Whale National Park and go out in a boat to see whales and dolphins. There didn't see to be very many places to stay so book ahead of time.

Liked: I liked the beautiful beaches and friendly locals.

Disliked: I didn't how it was difficult to find an accurate map of Uvita.

Customer Travel Tip: If you are travelling by bus, do not get off at the bus station when you arrive. The bus station is located a little ways away from Uvita, but you would not want to walk it with any bags. Stay on the bus until you get dropped off by the supermarket and bank, that is where you want to be.

Liked: We never made it out to the beach, so I can't comment on that. I do know that it costs 6$ US per person, but the Cascada Waterfall is amazing, definitely worth the walk to it, and it only costs 2$ US per person. There are also some really great hikes to other waterfalls and much sightseeing to do. The locals are really nice and it is a safe place to be a tourist (nonetheless, use your common sense always). The weather was gorgeous when we were here. It rained for a few hours on a couple of days, but even then it was a light rain that didn't bother you. Tourists definitely get more for their money in this small town.

Disliked: Some of the stuff is pretty far apart, which makes it difficult to walk, but there are taxis around if you need them even if it is a small town.
