Customer Travel Tip: Rent ATVs, take a surf lesson, eat at The Bakery in Santa Teresa, check out La Lora and Playa Hermosa beaches.
Liked: Amazing surfing, good nightlife, and great to explore via ATV.
Disliked: Not the best beaches for swimming.

Customer Travel Tip: During wet season, the road is muddy mess - bring shoes that can get wet and be washed off. During dry season, road dust is everywhere - bring a scarf to cover your face.
Liked: the beach is beautiful
Disliked: there is no real town just a long dirt road. I would recommend other beach towns nearby like Montezuma.

Customer Travel Tip: relax and enjoy the beauty of costa rica
Liked: I love santa t Teresa. I have stayed multiple times. excellent surfing for beginners. the restaurants are fantastic, the weather is beautiful. Santa Teresa is a very safe place to travel, and the locals are very friendly.
Disliked: the roads are very dusty

Customer Travel Tip: Don't expect to stay clean. The dust from the road is everywhere but it's tolerable. Great for surfers of all levels, even if its your first time! If you aren't into surfing and/or hanging out at the beach this probably isn't the place for you. Enjoy the relaxed vibe and keep it positive.
Liked: Great surf culture, great food and great people!! Aweseome sunsets.
Disliked: The dusty dirt roads.

Liked: THe Hostel Wavetrotter.. such a perfect place and all the surraounding as well!!! PERFECT!!!
Disliked: Hostel SEVEN.. and it´s a very dusty place.. but that´s just how it is...

Customer Travel Tip: if you are intending to surf, ask around for a board. its cheaper to buy a board from another traveler and sell it when your done then to buy it through a shop.
Liked: awesome beaches, friendly people and the weather cant be beaten.
Disliked: there was nothing in santa teresa which i disliked
