Customer Travel Tip: Take the bus early and call ahead Micasaguatape only accepts cash. They do have ATM's and the store is very close. It is a little higher then Medellin but still reasonable to shop for food. Typical Colombian food but when you get to the city itself or on top of the mountain the food is sold in a carnival type atomsphere. So the mountain vendors are alot more expensieve.

Liked: A beautiful city with a mythical black mountain. The lakes are amazing. The town is very friendly. For those traveling by bus you can catch it it at the carribe metero station it is approximately $12,000 pesos one way $4.50 us dollars. If you like day cruises, water sports, fishing great food Guatape is for you.

Disliked: Nothing verything was great.
