Customer Travel Tip: Don't be put off visiting Colombia or Bogota by stories of lack of security, violence etc. We didn't allow enough time for those reasons and they were unfounded. Venezuela is much worse as far as security is concerned.

Liked: Everything. The people were very friendly and helpful and we loved the La Candalaria area which had good vibes because of the students. The museums were great and we had good weather.

Disliked: No, not really. Not so keen on South American food as we much prefer Asian. We also had some problems with hostels which I will tell you about in another email.
