Customer Travel Tip: You can easily travel to some places on your own (like Panda Breeding center), there are even tour buses that basically just take you from one major tourist spot in the city to another.
Liked: great city, it is also quite possibly the only city outside Tibet that has a mini tibetan area/town.
Disliked: it would be nice if there was direct connection of the subway to the airport

Customer Travel Tip: Take the local buses to the panda base from the North station. (Bus 9 from the station and when you see the zoo on your right Side, get out and change for bus 198) It is only 2 yuan each bus so 4 in total, and the tours/taxi of the hostel are generally a lot more which is not worth it.
Liked: Panda's!!!!!!
Disliked: Well there is not much to see in town, but the panda's make up for it!

Customer Travel Tip: There isn't much to do in Chengdu.
Liked: The clubs were good, transport was not far away and wasn't very busy. Cheap.
Disliked: Panda's overrated. Hot.

Customer Travel Tip: If you want to see the pandas get there by 8:30am when they let the pandas out to feed. If not will see less
Liked: Was clean, easy to get around, beautiful city
Disliked: If you want to see the pandas go early because too many tourist after 10am.

Customer Travel Tip: Spend an afternoon at the people's park people watching and drinking team at the tea
Liked: The pandas and the research base was great. The people's park was a great place to people watch and chill out. Visit Heming tea house at the people's park.

Customer Travel Tip: eat a lot of sichuan cuisine. visit the parks, have a cup of tea and get a massage at the same time. If you have the time, go to Jiuzhaigou in north sichuan. There many chinese tourists but the landscape is absolute stunning!!!
Liked: Its a very relaxed city and a great start for exploring Sichuan

Customer Travel Tip: Don't miss Le Shan - a short trip out of Chengdu - the world's largest Buddha carved out of a rock face.

Customer Travel Tip: Don't stay too long, it's a good place to go as a gateway to Tibet and other great travel destinations.
Liked: PANDAS!! And People's park. It's just a really great, relaxed city. It's a nice break from the hustle and bustle of other Chinese cities. It's also large enough to have a great public transport and a lot of western places if you need them.
Disliked: Weather.

Customer Travel Tip: Don't do the Panda sanctuary and the giant Buda in the same day if you can. They are both kind of half day activities but are better done intercalated with walking around the city.
Liked: Nice places to visit and get a glimpse of historic China.
Disliked: Everything tended to close early at night (around 10pm) and the weather is kind of always foggy.
