12 Jul 2013

Customer Travel Tip: Walk around. Eat a couple of blocks/streets away from the main street (applicable for every tourist place ever). Ste Anne Canyon is awesomeeee.

Liked: A really nice city. Super clean. Picturesque little roads, shops, really delicious food (if you stayed away from tourist traps). Just super beautiful. If you've been to Europe, Quebec City is definitely like a North American counterpart. It has its own identity, but also really nice parts from its French history/culture. And there are just breathtaking views

Disliked: Loved everything, except for ... the price. It's quite an expensive city for a family trip, even though my parents were paying for it all. I felt the pain.

Customer Travel Tip: Learn some basic French sentences before you come, the locals will respect you more and be happy to help you out with directions and such if you put in some effort. Also bring some good walking shoes and tour the city yourself on foot, you may see more things than you would expect...especially if you get lost easily like me :)

Liked: The old city was gorgeous, completely like a mini Europe. Each building and street has so much character, the cafés are adorable, lots of available wifi and the tourists are really friendly!

Disliked: Well it was coldish and rainy for my entire stay here, but I've heard that they can have nice wheather...haha.
