Customer Travel Tip: Give yourself plenty of time to adjust to the altitude! The Koala Cafe in town is a great place to eat or stop for coffee.
Liked: Very interesting, slow-paced place with enough things to fill a couple of days on the way to/from the Salt Flats and/or Sucre.

Customer Travel Tip: Mine tours! Well worth it
Liked: Beatiful city set in the rugged mountains. The mine tours offer a interesting and shocking insight into life in this old colonial city.

Customer Travel Tip: Do the mine tour with Big Deal Tours. They were awesome and Pedro is a legend! They are all ex miners and give areal insight into the work. They also took us to Macha for Fiesta de la Cruz which was one of the most amazing days of our trip !
Liked: Cool place with a good vibe. Faded colonial grandeur mixed with working class mining makes it a very interesting city to visit. We enjoyed it a lot.

Customer Travel Tip: Don't join the tour from the hostel. You ended up wasting 2hours waiting... Really didn't worth it!
Liked: Just for Cerro Rico mining tour, I went to potosi.
Disliked: The hostel I stayed!!!!!

Customer Travel Tip: Good place for a short stop over but not much in the way of things to do or restaurants/cafés etc
Liked: Amazing buildings and churches. People seem very friendly
Disliked: Not an amazing atmosphere, probably good if you are going on a mining tour otherwise there is not much else to do here other than site see

Customer Travel Tip: Mining tour, amazing and friendly people try your best to speak to miners in Spanish and you will hear some scary fascinating stories
Liked: Much better than Sucre stay here for a few days instead Sucre is a one night place
Disliked: Traffic is mental so stay on the pavement

Customer Travel Tip: be prepared for both hot days and cold nights. And be prepared for difficulty breathing at high altitude
