1. The Edinburgh Festival Fringe
What: The largest arts festival on the planet, where thousands of people from all around the world come together and perform. Covering comedy, dance, drama and music, this is where the finest up and coming and established artists come to practice their craft. Eclectic and eccentric to the point that I saw Hamlet performed on a bouncy castle one year – true story.
