Party On!

As Christmas 2006 rapidly approaches we'd like to extend the season's best wishes to all our customers, wherever you may be!

Once you're tired of unwrapping presents and eating cold turkey sandwiches, no doubt your mind will turn to where to celebrate the start of 2007...so we've put together a selection of the biggest parties for New Years Eve 2006:

Sydney, Australia
One of the first major cities to usher in the New Year, Sydney attracts crowds of well over a million people. Over 80,000 fireworks are traditionally set off from the Sydney Harbour Bridge, along with four other points along Sydney Harbour. Pick your viewing point from anywhere in a 16km radius...though on a boat in the harbour is highly recommended! check prices >>

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Be a part of the Reveillon on Copacabana Beach with 2.5 million revelers! It's traditional to wear either white or blue and end up in the sea one way or another - some people launch boats to offer gifts to Iemanja (pagan Goddess of the Seapeople), some bathe in the ocean at midnight and others jump over seven waves to bring in the New Year. check prices >>

London, England

Though there's no official New Years Eve event in London, large crowds gather to party on the streets all over town. Trafalgar Square and Big Ben are the historic favourites, though in recent years the London Eye's been putting on fireworks and laser shows to wow the crowds...and when you've finished partying it's free travel home on the tube until 4.30am! check prices >>

Prague, Czech Republic
For a street party in one of the world's most beautiful cities, Prague is the place to go. A great place to stay at any time, Prague literally explodes on New Years Eve in a buzz of fireworks and a festivities.and you can't beat the world-class cheap beer at any one of a huge number of cool medieval bars dotted around the place. check prices >>

Honolulu, USA
Fireworks are a firm favourite in Hawaii, with a big annual show over Waikiki Beach. Honolulu is the last major city in the world to celebreate New Years Eve, and takes it's responsibilty seriously - when the fireworks are finished you can hit the pedestrianised block party in Honolulu with food, drinks and entertainment laid on. check prices >>
