New winter backpacking routes launched by easyJet
Travelers planning to escape the chilly weather and jet abroad on a backpacking trip over the coming months may be interested to learn that one budget airline has launched a series of new winter routes.
Low-fare airline easyJet announced earlier this week that it will introduce 22 new services in total.
"This year there will be a greater focus on winter sun with the introduction of more routes to Morocco, the Canary Islands, Israel and Egypt," the airline noted.
Flights from Manchester to Marrakech begin on October 29th, with services from London Gatwick to Agadir commencing on November 4th.
Other destinations that will be served by the airline over the winter include Copenhagen, Lyon and Hamburg.
In related news, Ryanair launched a free flight offer earlier this week, giving away 500,000 seats on selected routes throughout late November and early December to those booking before midnight on October 29th.
