Brussels Airlines extends service to Milan for flashpacking trip
Brussels Airlines has announced that it will be launching a new scheduled service to Milan city airport Linate.
Backpackers looking to book their hostels in Brussels can take advantage of the flight expansion, which is due to be introduced on 25th October 2009.
There will be 12 flights a week taking passengers bwtween the European capital and Linate.
Some thirty flights are already scheduled to Malpensa Airport, which means that backpackers can choose from a total of 42 flights between Brussels and Milan.
A return ticket can be purchased for just 99 euros all-inclusive and passengers also have the opportunity to earn and redeem loyalty points.
Travelers making their way through Italy would do well to explore the country's second largest city.
Sights and attractions of the Lombardy capital include ancient Roman ruins and the Milan Cathedral, which is the fourth largest cathedral in the world.
