Budget Rent A Car has entered into Vietnam, spurred on by record visitor numbers to the country.
The budget cars, complete with chauffeurs, will be available for rent at hotels,
hostels, as well as Ho Chi Minh City's Tan Son Nhat Airport.
"We are confident there is substantial demand for high quality car rental here," said Dan Cohen, Budget Vietnam's general manager.
"Google receives the key phrase 'car rental Vietnam' at least 250 times per day."
He added: "From making a dinner reservation to providing the scoop on local promos and events, these guys know it all and can handle it all."
Cars are priced from $69 to $249 per day and come with mobile phones, international newspapers and magazines, chilled water and towels and 24-hour customer-service support.
More than 2.6 million international travellers have visited Vietnam in the first seven months of this year, official statistics claim.
