Machine gun shooting in the Czech capital of Prague is among the increasingly popular stag and hen party activities, according to Designadventure.
Thrill seekers often opt to go all out on their final holiday foray before marriage, staying in cheap
hostels and blowing the rest of their budget on a series of exciting activities.
Anna Makin Made, project manager at stag and hen holiday specialist Designadventure, notes that most people want to go abroad to experience something "a bit different".
She said: "Bobsleighing is really popular and shooting activities, the AK-49 shooting in Prague is really popular.
"It's something a bit different isn't it? You dont get to shoot a machine gun every day."
Research by Morgan Stanley suggests that the average stag or hen weekend costs around $718, with around $220 spent on food and drink by men compared to less than half of that by women.
