
Europe's largest low-cost airline has announced 150 new routes for 2008 that includes three new routes from Bristol.
The routes to will run three times a week to Dordogne, Languedoc and the Pyrenees in France and are being celebrated with an exclusive offer of 50,000 £5 flights including taxes.
Ryanair's CEO Michael O'Leary said: "Passengers in the South West have just three weeks to wait until Ryanair launches flights from Bristol with fares for half the price of Easyjet."
He added that the flights will be launched in around three weeks time.
Mr O'Leary also announced that Ryanair has slashed 50 per cent from their lowest fares to celebrate the introduction of 150 new routes around the UK, taking Ryaneir's total routes to 556.
This will be good news to those budgeting travelers looking for low-cost flights, following the government's move to replace passenger air tax with a per-plane duty.
