Rain storms in China continue to claim dozens of lives, with at least 31 people killed in Jinan, the capital of Shandong province.
The floods have killed over 400 people so far this summer, in the heaviest rains since records began.
According to the Xinhua news agency, the rains in Jinan have claimed 31 lives and 171 people injured and eight missing.
Sichuan province in the southwest and Chongging city were this week hit by a 16-hour storm, with residents witness to some 40,000 lightning strikes.
The death toll of 54 in Sichuan is also expected to rise, with more rain expected this week, Xinhua reports.
Local authorities told the news agency: "The task for Sichuan to prevent flooding is very heavy - it could happen any time."
The storms have caused havoc across China, with hundreds of thousands forced to flee their homes in Hunan province, as the Huai river overflows.
Annual flooding killed 2,704 people in China last year, according to the country's Meteorological Administration.
