Storms batter Bangladesh
Severe storms have hit Bangladesh, killing three people and injuring a number of others.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the country has suffered heavy storms in recent days, with around 12 villages in the Sirajganj district taking the brunt of the bad weather.
The storms have caused some devastation to the homes of the villagers, with their mud and straw huts unable to cope with the heavy rainfall.
It is believed that two people were killed when their hut's walls caved in on them, unable to sustain the battering from the storms.
Crops are also thought to have been adversely affected by the weather, which injured around 35 people as strong winds and rain knocked down their mud huts.
