Lowest Price Guarantee

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible prices. In fact, we are so confident you won’t find any of our properties cheaper elsewhere on the web that we’ll refund double the difference, if you find a better deal for the same travel dates and with the same booking conditions. Lowest price guarantee - Terms and Conditions

  1. As hostel prices can change daily, you must contact us promptly by email at lowestpriceguarantee@hostelbookers.com, within 24 hours of purchasing your accommodation through HostelBookers.com. Your email should include the following information: your name, HostelBookers.com reservation number and the website and name of the accommodation where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails or emails that we receive more than 24 hours after your accommodation was purchased through Hostelbookers.com will not be considered.
  2. On receiving your email, Hostelbookers.com will verify the availability and validity of the lower price in accordance with these terms. The lower rate must be available to book at the time that HostelBookers.com come to validate your claim. Screen shots will not be accepted as proof of the lower price and availability. HostelBookers.com's decision will be final.
  3. The guarantee will only apply in respect of a lower rate that is available via a website other than hostelbookers.com.
  4. The lower rate must be found on a website for an equivalent room at the same hostel or budget accommodation on the same check-in and check-out dates including any booking related fees and with the same booking conditions as the booking you have made through HostelBookers.com.
  5. The lower rate must be in the same currency as the booking you have made through HostelBookers.com.
  6. HostelBookers.com will only make refunds in respect of the price difference if your reservation through HostelBookers.com is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show. Refunds will only be given after the checkout date, once the arrangements have been fully performed in accordance with your booking.
  7. If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest price guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy will still apply.
  8. Lowest price guarantee' does not apply to accommodation purchased through or, in combination with, membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other ‘reward’ type programs or special promotions run by the accommodation provider supplying your arrangements.
  9. Lower rates available through 'opaque' sites where the exact hotel, hostel or budget accommodation isn't known until after a booking is confirmed are also excluded from the guarantee.
  10. HostelBookers.com Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior warning or notification.
  11. If you qualify for a refund, we will either credit the relevant amount back to the card that you used when making your booking or transfer directly to your bank. If you don’t receive a refund that you are entitled to, please email us at lowestpriceguarantee@hostelbookers.com.
