Liked: Most staff are friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right outside the front of the hotel that takes between 45 mins and an hour to get into Cardiff centre.

Disliked: Too far from the centre of the city.

Liked: Its nice though the staff are not professional enough but tey are trying to do their best also they are very friendlyIts near the airport which is wonderful (I think 10 minutes walk) though its very far away from Cardiff City (about 26 km) but a bus station just infront of the hostelThe room is clean but very small indeedno drawers anywhere so you have to keep personal stuff in your bag or just through everything around ;P
