Liked: The staff are great, the owner (Ai) is a very pleasant woman, and it is fun to talk with. The location is good as it is close to a park and the dragon boats. Some of the room have windows that are close to a fire wall, so try to get a room with window and you will be happy. The food is good, and as it rains a lot in Hue it is good to have quality food in the hotel.The Internet in the room is fast and as we prefer ADSL wired one we were happy with the speed.If you are looking to eat out we would recommend the Red Chili located in the street parallel with the hostel. The food was exceptional.

Liked: I would have expected to pay a few more dollars for this hotel for what you get. The staff were always cheerful and welcoming. Breakfast was good too - hot meal cooked to order, with a drink.

Liked: excellent hotel. very friendly staff. really cool place very clean very tidy. good wifi, had a few power cuts but storms were rolling in. ended up staying longer as I was so relaxed here.

Liked: the staff were increadibly genuine people who really seemed to enjoy their role hosting guests. it felt much more like you were being welcomed as friends rather than potential money spenders. they welcomed me with a free drink, and saw me off with a free pho soup - and i was only there one night!!the rooms were excellent in terms of cleanliness and size, with more than adequare facilities. a great place to stay.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and kind and the room was clean, large and with a good shower. The room had ac and tv and mini fridge. I left a cmera lens on departing from the hotel and Amigo sent it to Hoi An from Hue (two hour train + 30 min taxi ride) to get it back to me at no cost. I would wholeheartdly recommend the Amigo over the extortionate hotels in Hue.

Liked: The room where good, the hotel was nice.. But nothing extra.. If you just want a room, this place is really good, but if you want to meet people and have experience something extra.. this place may be to boring for you.

Liked: Welcomed with juice on our arrival. Room was spotlessly clean and a good size. Even had fresh flowers in the room. All the mod cons, great aircon, TV, etc. Many good choices for breakfast, too! On a quiet alley, so not much street noise. The wifi in the room was also good. We recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: Although it wasn't easy to find the hotel, since is situated in an alley and not in the street Le Loi, we had a very pleasant stay there. The staff was very helpfull and in general all is good.

Liked: Excellent choice - Imperial ciy is walkable from the hostel and also there areloads of bars and restaurants nearby. Spotless, cool and also cable TV which was a bonus. Free breakfast was also a great touch. Felt safe and also saftey deposit for valuables. Laundry service was also a big plus. LAdy who owns it is very friendly and you can also book trips from the hotel which could be helpful if you were only in Hue for a short time.
