Liked: Fantastic hotel, best we have stayed in so far in Vietnam. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was great!

Disliked: Booked transportation through their lobby "travel agent", details of the ride were wrong(time,length...) Sheets and room weren't clean Hard to communicate with staff regarding simple matters.

Liked: Good hotel in a good location with friendly staff. Nice crowd, easy to meet people when you're traveling alone. My room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Liked: Execllent service. We had a wonderful time. They helped with booking tours as well as train tickets. Free breakfast was great. I will definitely be staying at this Hotel again when going back through Hue, Vietnam.

Liked: It's a nice hotel. Clean and helpul staff. Nice room with all you need.

Disliked: It's not close to the sightseeing and is not so near to good bars und restaurants. By walk you have 10-15 Minutes, then you are in the center, if you don't mind, it's ok.

Liked: Elevator, fridge w/drinks in room, nice enough spot.

Disliked: Staff was nice and friendly, but one receptionist was espcially curt. Breakfast was included but tables and chairs in the restaurant were dissasembled on one occasion as early as 8:30am. Geckos came and went from the outside and left poop along the corners of the wall. Ants came into the room from the outside too.

Liked: Extremely good value. For USD17 we had a nice room and bathroom with 2 double beds. Very clean. It is only a few minutes walk away from the best area.

Disliked: Would have been perfect if it was a couple of minutes closer to the eating etc areas. No biggie though.

Liked: The facilities , cleanliness and location is really good. It is inexpensive and provide free breakfast.

Liked: The staff were lovely and they picked us up from the train station for free.

Disliked: Our room was facing out on to the street and was really noisy from about 7am onwards. No beg deal though, if I were to go back there again i'd just ask for a room in the back.

Liked: Hotel was nice, pretty close to the river and the main backpacking area, but not so close that you cant sleep for the noise. Clean rooms, good tv, basic breakfast included. All you need really...

Disliked: The staff were helpful but not hugely knowledgeable about the train tickets they were booking for us. We had to tell them about a new service running on the reunification line that they didn't know about so that they could then book us tickets on it. Not much of a problem really.

Liked: clean rooms, good breakfast and very good value for money. bus from Hoi An stops directly at the hotel which was great.

Liked: Very helpful staff, booked tours and bus to Hanoi. Rooms are spacious and clean, were slightly cold but that was due to bad weather. Few mins walk to the restaurants and bars. An enjoyable stay.

Disliked: It mentioned when booking that there was a buffet breakfast which there wasn't but the breakfast was good anyway.
