Liked: It was clean, very helpfull staff and a great location. No problems at all. would stay here again. Great big brekfeast, with fruits egg, coffe bread, very good, thank you>!

Liked: Staff were really friendly, though some were a little pushy about booking tours with them. The hotel itself is close to everything, the room I had was huge and the buffet breakfast is excellent. Extremely good value for the price. Would happily stay there again.

Liked: Friendly staff and great location. I had a 2nd floor room with a balcony overlooking the street and it wasn't too noisy. Big room with 2 beds. Good breakfast included in room rate. It was raining and cold in Hue, so it was good the air conditioner had a heat function. I took a motorbike tour with one of the staff (Lam) and it was a great day because I could go to where I wanted to go.

Disliked: Wifi was a little unreliable in the room, although it worked fine in the breakfast area.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and made an extra effort to be of service, for instance meeting us from the train. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice and although they wanted to sell their tours they weren't pushy about it.

Disliked: Our only complaint was that the fitted sheet was too small for the bed and so you found yourself on the mattress. They did say they were going to address this.

Liked: They are in the middle of city. Rooms with windows and nice view. The mattresses were comfortable and the pillows were soft. Bathrooms were very clean with hot shower. It's really really great!

Liked: The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The location was also fantastic.

Disliked: Whenever we came downstairs a gentleman kept asking us if we wanted to go on a tour. Also we were left waiting for 30mins to check out. When we checked out they tried to charge us for drinks from the minibar that we didn't have.

Liked: The hotel is very nice and not expensive!! It's in the street of a few restaurants and cafés. But it was not crowed or loud in September. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big. Breakfast was good, with extra fresh fruit! The staff helped us to with our plan to ride with a motorbike from Hue to Hoi An. They took are luggage to the next hotel. Good service!

Disliked: It's not really a place to meet other people.

Liked: Great value. Central location. Extremely friendly service front desk/reception and helpful. Spacious family room with wifi internet, plasma tv, air-con, comfortable bed.,... Highly recommended.

Liked: Close to bars and restaurants.

Disliked: Staff are very pushy to sell you there overpriced tours. We had a welcome meeting where they tried to tell us what we should do while in Hue. Then carried on to write out sales voucher for what we didn't want, before we could decide. Tried to overcharge us for room rate and charge us twice for laundry charges.

Liked: Location was good - in a street with a few bars and restaurants in it. Booked the best room so had the top front one - huge - two double beds. Had a bathroom with a bath with shower over it (instead of the usual wetroom). Lynn, the receptionist, was very helpful with our onward flight confirmation.

Disliked: A bit soulless and not a place to meet people. Otherwise, fine.
