Liked: we got upgraded to a 'romantic room' for the entire 3 nights, which was meant to be double the price we paid and it was luxury- a massive bed and jacuzzi. The staff at Orchid can't do enough for you and buffet breakfast was lovely. They also bring a free fruit bowl up to all rooms everyday which was gorgeous. They gave us advice around the area and we rented a free DVD to watch in our room. highly recommended, even if you don't get upgraded the hotel is superb and the best we've stayed in!!

Liked: The hotel was clean, had a great location and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived on the overnight bus and they came and collected us for free, which was great when you are tired. The breakfast was good value with lots of choice on the buffet and a cooked selection included for free as well. We also hired a car and driver through the hotel to take us from Hue to Hoi An, which was excellent, it cost us$60 and we spent about 5-6 hours doing to journey and stopping along the way wherever we wanted to, the driver spoke excellent english and it was really enjoyable and we got to see the area rather than just rushing through on the train. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone stopping in Hue.

Liked: Die Zimmer sind sauber, gross und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal und der Service absolut gut. Einziger Nachteil, das Fruehstueck ist das schlechteste was wir in knapp 3 Wochen Vietnam bekommen haben.

Liked: The staff spoke brilliant English and were just incredibly friendly and helpful. As they only do bed and breakfast they are very good at recommending places to eat in the evening. They also arranged a personalised tour for us one afternoon to visit some temples and as a family of five, we only paid $40 for the trip. Great value as the driver was very knowledgable and spoke good English.

Liked: I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was one of the nicest I have stayed in throughout the whole of Vietnam. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good english they couldn't do enough for you.The rooms were a home from home, cleaned every day provided with fresh fruit daily, pc in the room, everything you could need they provided.I will definitely be coming back.

Liked: The staff, in particular Chi, were incredibly helpful in arranging flights, ongoing accommodation and attractions around Hue. The breakfast is excellent -fresh fruit, hot breakfast, toast, yoghurt, local specialities are all available. The room was fine, they have DVDs and books to borrow, which is perfect if the weather is not the best. I would highly recommend this place for its friendly atmosphere and their fantastic service.

Liked: this hotel is absolutely amazing! Staff is friendly is efficient. Buffet breakfast is great. The rooms are clean, comfortable and charming. There's even a computer in your room...very useful to upload photos and check emails! i strongly recommend this hotel!
