Liked: When we showed up they didn't have the room that we reserved so we got upgrade to their best room! It was GREAT! Very beautiful room - nice and clean and it is almost brand new. We have a perfect stay. The only comment I would suggest them to improve - very minor one, mind you, is their shower curtain. Because it is too small and it is impossible to shower without wetting the floor.

Liked: We liked EVERYTHING about the Orchid Hotel. It is an amazing hotel and the staff is incredibly friendly!!!! We loved to stay here during Christmas and this is absolutely woth trying for that money!! The staff and hotel surprises you every day with some treatments..... ;-)

Liked: Free DVD's, quality free buffet breakfast (not just baguette & banana) excellent friendly staff, no hard sell of tours. Overall - fantastic value for money, the best minihotel we have stayed in by far in vietnam and would recommend for everyone

Liked: Higher end accommodation but still good value - they put us in a more expensive room because they had one spare and gave us an extra night at the same rate. Very nice people.

Liked: their motto is "" youll be surprised"", and they go out of their way to ensure that your stay is beyond expectations in Vietnam. Free dvd movies of your choice, free internet, tea and coffee in room, bycicle hire, excellent location, positive staff, good service, bathrobes and slippers, wooden floor, comfy bed. Breakfast was 2* but fine.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Very new hotel, so facilities excellent. Real fresh flowers everywhere! Free internet and DVDs. Proper buffet breakfast. Were given our rom to checkl in at 10 am in the morning instead of having to wait un til 3pm.

Liked: well decorated, very helpful, clean and the fact it had DVD players in the room was an added bonus! the staff were very friendly and lovely to talk to. It was a fab place1 I recommend it to everyone.

Liked: The rooms are amazing! For the price it was like a luxury deluxe suite. Their tagline is "You'll be surprised" and we certainly were! It was an amazing stay - and well worth it!Great inclusive breakfast too - more than just bread & jam! WiFi in hotel and ADSL cable in each room - best hostel we have been to on our whole RTW trip!Great location, great advice and staff who really cared about us - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
