Liked: Quiet location on outskirts of the city. Balconies looking out on rice fields a nice touch. Very well appointed rooms. Nice decor, breakfast buffet included and computers were nice extras.

Liked: Exceptional value for money, very clean, great outdoor place to have breakfast (if you're lucky you might see a Kingfisher!), no traffic or other noise, but the most important thing is the staff were fantastic - friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Liked: Freundlich und sauber. Zimmer zur Rückseite sehr ruhig, vorne laut. Sehr gutes Frühstück.Friendly and clean. Recommend rooms to the rear. Nice view and calm. Steetfront rooms are pretty noisy. Excellent breakfast.

Liked: EVERYTHING!!!! It was in a beautiful location, with really nice friendly staff on hand. The room was amazing for the money, nice , clean beautifully decorated- a nice oasis from dirty hostels.If your in Hoi An definatly stay here!!!!

Liked: the staff are fantastic, the place is beautiful. the hotel really has a sense of felaxation and tranquility! i throughly enjoyed my stay inHoi An and when i return, which i most certainly will do, i would like to return to Thien Thanh Hotel. Furthermore just to reiterate the staff are brilliant.

Liked: What an incredible welcome. Our receptionist was outstanding! She organized everything and anything for us. Our room was absolutely beautiful and this hostel was gorgeous inside and out. The price was also excellent. I can’t rave enough. Stay here! It is a great hostel!

Liked: The room was fantastic and had a beautiful view over the rice fields at the rear. The outdoor area and the pool were also quite pleasant and the hotel is only a short stroll into the old town. Absolutely fantastic.

Liked: THE BALCONY AND THE CALM SETTING, LOVELY BREAKFASTS AND SNACKS ALTHOUGH THE FOOD TOOK QUITE SOME TIME TO ARRIVE. WE HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH THE AIR CON IN OUR ROOM AND IT TOOK 2 DAYS OF OUR 4 DAYS TO FIX - THIS WAS DISAPPOINTING AND MADE OUR ROOM UNCOMFORTABLE.

Liked: Friendly staff. Only a short stroll from the centre of the Old Town, but far enough away from the city noise. Tours and tailors on enough but none of the Ha Noi style hard sell. Clean, and ful of boutique style touches ... and a pool!!

Liked: Excellent and very friendly staff. Spotless and clean, good brekkie included, stunning pool, cable TV... I could go on and on. It was a bit of treat and not really a hostel but worth it. Had a boutique hotel feel.

Liked: Staff were warm and friendly and accommodating, but not overbearing. We stayed with a one-year old, over the Christmas holiday, and the hotel hosted a free bbq dinner party for the guests on Christmas eve, with a surprise birthday cake with candle for our son. We also met some great travellers, alone and with kids. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with beautiful decor; we did, however, have a problem with ants when we left food in the room.
