Liked: The location is great. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is really tasty! Fresh baguettes and egg. The owner is lovely, maybe she has taken note of what people have said.

Disliked: The water wasn't hot. Steps killed you to the 5th floor.

Liked: A/C in the room and location

Disliked: One night they checked an ekstra person into our already full room and we didn't know about it until 1-2 pm so we had to wake the poor guy up. The owner isn't service minded at all and the other staff can't speak a word of english.

Liked: Stayed in five bed mix dorm. Beds were spacious and clean and so were bathroom and shower. Cleaning staff came every morning to empty bins and make beds. Free breakfast (nothing special but you can't go wrong with free!)

Liked: location

Disliked: the lady that runs the hostel is extremely impolite. in my case, she made me pay the stay twice, once when I arrived and on the departure she claimed I never paid, and would not give me my passport without paying one more time. she is extremely rude to all guests. she didn't like that i cut short my stay from 6 nights to 4, and grudingly agreed to that (alhtough i canceled the last 2 nights in time), but made me pay twice for my stay. I would not recommend this property, but if you decide to come, and take her attitude, make sure to have a receipt for your pay.

Liked: Location is realy middle in the centre. Free breakfast is good!

Disliked: The grumpy lady who is always at the reception. She is not polite to her! Also we made a reservation true hOstelbookers for a cheaper price. Still she made us pay the normal price. She used the argument; it's the fold of Hostelbookers. So for your information: 5 dorms is $6 & 9 dorms is $5. The toilet and shower is in the room. The walls are thin walls. You got non privacy if everybody stay in the room. The grumpy lady ask money for the free towels and toiletpaper! I recomend to find another place or just book 1 night. There are enough cheap places around the backpackers area!

Liked: Nothing! Would never recommend.

Disliked: The owner mixed up our rooms, tried to overcharge us as well as a number of other guests and when we had an issue which required her assistance she refused to help. The sink in the bathroom was not connected to a pipe so the dirty water flowed across the floor and towards the bedroom. The 'laundry' service comprised of the owner throwing all guests clothes into a basket leaving it to the individual to claim his or her clothes.

Disliked: they advertised a free breakfast and we did not get one as it was chinese new year the time i was staying there so they could maybee state on the website that they dont do breakfast then!

Liked: The rooms are basic but has everything you need: clean bed, air-con, free wifi. Shower has hot water and good water pressure.

Liked: The dorms are good value for money, you can stay for 6$ a night, and that includes breakfast, The breakfast is actually pretty good: a small baguette with eggs and coffee or tea. The mattress was fine and the lockers were big enough.

Disliked: There are lockers in the room, but it looks like you could pull the hooks for your padlock out of the lockerdoor if you wanted to, which doesn't garantee the safety of your stuff. In some dorms the bathrooms are located in the dorm itself. Usually no problem, but the walls are really thin and this can be annoying when a roommate is taking a shower while you are trying to sleep.

Liked: Free breakfast, tv, big dorms are very nice with living area

Disliked: Dont know where to start......I got room which was already booked, then when I was placed in other dorm my bed was not clean and i saw bedbugs(was bitten alot) I came to my dorm after cleaning just to find out that my pijamas and toalietries were throw away!!!! Toilets and showers inside the room. Do not book trips with lady, she overcharge and then dosent even remember that you book it!!!

Liked: The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us great deals on tours and flights. Rooms were very clean, free net and good breakfast. Great atmosphere.

Liked: Free clean towels and a change of sheets every day. Nice free breakfast of bread, jam and egg with tea or coffee. Free bananas and juice all day. Central location without being too noisy. Good hot showers, T.V. and air con. Free lockers (bring your own padlock). Good value for money.

Disliked: Not much sound proofing in the toilets.

Liked: Good breakfast, nice lady working during the days, location couldn't be better! Quiet in rooms very early at night. Wifi everywhere

Disliked: The guy working at night didn't know any english at all! Quite a problem when you check in late.

Liked: the location is great, right at the corner of de tham and pham ngu lao while at the same time peaceful, being in an alley... great common area. good wifi that reaches the rooms

Disliked: the separation of the room from the toilet and showers area isnt that --well, separate. separated by thin shower doors - there is about a couple of feet of clearance from the ceiling so you kind of hear "everything"

Liked: Location, and the lady who runs it, is very nice and really cares about her guests no matter if you stay in the dormitory, or in an expensive room. She is not pushy to sell tours, and helps a lot if you need any info about independent travel.
