Liked: Clean and tidy. Facilities and services are on offer, for example, internet, wi-fi, towel, tour services, etc.

Disliked: The exchange rate is a bit low

Liked: The staff were friendly. And the location is good. If you have a difficult time finding it, well it's right next to the giant KFC on the street. ^^

Disliked: Not super clean. Free breakfast and good wifi.

Liked: The location was good, the guy at reception was friendly and very apologetic about the room and offered good tips for our stay in Ho Chi Minh.

Disliked: The room we were given had not been cleaned since the previous guests and when we asked for clean sheets we were still given dirty pillow cases, the toilet was also very dirty. We ended up moving to another room on the third floor. We would recommend not staying on the first floor. The breakfast choice was extremely limited, the staff sleep on a fold out bed in the kitchen.

Liked: Location is good. We had room without window, but because of that it was quiet. Bed was really good. Breakfast was okay but we have had much better though.. Staff speaks english.

Disliked: They forget our laundry so we have to wait those 2 days. They also made us to pay ice tea from the minibar even we didn't drink any of those. We drank 16 other drinks from minibar. The girl in reception did not want to believe that maybe there was a mistake in their book so we paid. It wasn't that much but it was really anoying! After all we really drank 16 drinks from the minibar and I think that's a lot. We had paid advance when we booked the hotel but the girl in reception ignored that first. We had to show the booking email to her before she belived us.

Liked: The staff are friendly and helpful, room are clean and it has everything we need - tv, fridge, hairdryer, phone. It located near to the backpacker area but not in the backpacker area, which is better for us. Staff is also kind enough to order us coffee from the stall by road side, because these stall always charge more on foreigner, so she help us to save some money.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The staff is really helpful. Ms Lien managed to organized an hotelroom in another city, eventhough everything was full at this moment. She even called us when being in the new hotel to ask if everything is fine. That was really caring. Bus trips and daily tours can be booked at the reception. Prices do not differ significantly from the travel agency prices.

Disliked: The breakfast is basicly toasts and a drink. Went for a second breakfast once.

Liked: It was very close to the center of District 1. Friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: It was very noisy the entire time. Our room was on the 4th floor and we still heard all of the honking and noise from the street well into the night.

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and we had a fantastic rapport with them. They organized all our tours, booked our open bus ticket, and recommended our hotel for our stay in Nha Trang. It was really great and we definitely recommend the hotel to other backpackers.

Liked: It was a fine place to stay, not phenomenal but it checks all the boxes. The location is good and it's clean and comfortable.

Disliked: DO NOT get their airport pick-up service. They charge 3x what a taxi costs, and made us wait for 30 minutes for a "private car" which was really a regular taxi which we had to share with another couple. I negotiated it down to half price given the hassle we experienced, but a taxi still would have been cheaper and more convenient.

Liked: Lovely Hotel located right where you want to be in a city like HCM. Very clean with excellent facilitaties and friendly staff who are alway there to help when I needed them. Will definitely stay there again!
