Liked: Value, Location

Disliked: It was not so much the property, it was the refusal to accept your voucher showing I had paidt 10% (21 American dollars). Said you never made the booking. I have notified you of , and so far I have received no response. I will be notifying my HKSB here in H ong Kong to investigate the matter, and have my 10% restored by you to my account. E. Harrison

City break

Liked: Location was right in the middle of district 1. Walking distance to every thing. Bathroom was immaculate and brand new, spa bath. Internet provided down stairs. Cable T.V. Break was in a nice dinning area and kitchen.waiting staff were nice, wide range of oriental breakfast available.

Disliked: Dirty carpets and scuff marks on the walls. Staff were not alway the most helpful, rang to seek assistance with navigating through T.V station and was told to simple flip through all stations to find the Tour de France, would have rathered a yes, or no, we can;t get that station. Hotel appeared to be focussed on business customers rather than tourist, they should develop a clear target market and not try and be all thing to all people.
