Liked: the hotel service made it different with the others. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and honestly. I forgot to bring with me; and leave my camera on the sofa at the lobby. They collect and keep it for me at their deposit box. I am very impressed at this behavior. My bed room is so clean that I enjoy my stay very much; bath room with nice hot shower; clean sheets and towel. Breakfast is good too. This hotel is my first choice for next stay with my family in summer. Thank for your great service.

Liked: Comfortable and clean room. I booked single, but my room having one double big comfy bed set up. The friendly and helpful staffs make my stay very memorable. They advised my how to bargain for shopping at Benh Thanh market hahaha; very important to follow their advise on taking a right taxi, if don't want to have trouble happened due to driver cheating. Appreciate their sincerity. Definitely recommend it.

Liked: I want to experience at this hotel and its service, so I booked one night stay only. I I totally agree with the reviews I found on this site. This hotel is really very good. My room is very clean; nice bath room with full toiletries; nice hot shower makes me very comfortable after trip. staffs are willing to help you. The receptionists are knowledgeable and courteous. would like to extend my stay, but unfortunately for me, they are full booking next day. I change my travel plan to Mui Ne (they also help me to book bus ticket), then come back and stay at my favorite room. Thank you, Saigon Mini 5. Highly recommend you to my friends...

Liked: Good finding as as hidden gem in this city center; close to almost attractions; incredible staffs. My room is well equipped with good facilities: comfortable bed covered with clean douvet; television with multy choice of channels; cold air-conditioning...breakfast is (although limited) but very delicious and fresh (very important); and provide me full enough for a nice day start =). Tour booked through this hotel is very good too. If someone wants a clean and safe place to stay, should try this nice hotel for a good experience. highly recommend

Liked: This hotel is a good and right choice for my first travel to HCMC. The staffs are very accommodating with their very good customer service. They even offer me some tips for traveling around the city center. I feel very safe and protective. definitely recommend !

Liked: A very good hotel on a very good location. Everything is just on walking distance. Staffs are very friendly and courteous. They helps me to book a tour to Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnel (no booking fee). On the day of checking out, I can easily leave my bags at their free service (stored). Helpful tips for my traveling around the city center by myself. will come back and stay at this lovely hotel soon. First hotel on my list.

Liked: great value for money; very good service. room is not so spacious, but very comfortable with a comfy bed, spotless linen; clean toilet. breakfast is very good; served with fresh food. I like orange juice and coffee; omelette with crispy bread. good start for a new day =) . tour or short trip book through them is very good too. staffs are very dedicated and work hard. highly recommend

Liked: this hotel is well located in the backpacker area; on the convenient way to get almost services found such as bars, coffee shops; restaurants, taylors. The staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. They are willing to help us book our tours, short trip at a reasonable price (no booking fee charged, appreciated). breakfast served daily on the top floor restaurant having a good view. Very nice stay. Will book soon for our second stay with the family.

Liked: Room was very clean and spacious enough. It was quite quiet considering it is in the middle of the city. Breakfast was fantastic especially their beef noodle soup. The lady at the desk very sweet and helpful. Great stay altogether.

Liked: Super super clean! Excellent location. Room was upgraded without extra costs. Tours available. Tasty free breakfasts. Only problem was the heavy rain when we arrived, the road outside had flooded and we had to wade through (pretty) deep water to get inside! Other than that though the hotel was perfect.

Liked: Nice hotel but after staying in many hotels in Vietnam I realise this hotel is a bit overpriced. There are for sure hotels of the same quality for $10 less a night.

Disliked: The price and brekie was just ok, wifi was a bit temperamental.

Liked: The staff was excellent, trust worthy and helpfull with everything we need. The location couldn't be better, right in the middle of the bagpackers area and the rooms were exactly as described. I can only say good things about the Hotel. Me and my friends really enjoyed our staying in there.

Liked: Reception staff was very helpful with sites and information. The only complaint I have is that the kitchen/breakfast staff don't know how to prioritise and be efficient. We missed our tour pick-up despite telling them we were in a hurry. We were also there when breakfast opened. Lesson learnt - don't expect the staff to understand you when they tell you "yes".

Liked: Really modern up to date guesthouse with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect and the breakfast started the day off well - great views from the 10th floor restaurant!

Liked: The rooms are relatively small, but new and clean. We didn't have any windows though but there was no need as we had a fan and AC. We also had a mini bar and it was quite cheap. Great location!

Liked: Good location, excellent value for money, free wifi in the hotel rooms, strong water pressure in bathrooms, but above all, EXCELLENT service -- always with a smile! For example, I asked the staff where I could have an authentic Vietnamese meal and Smiley recommended a restaurant that locals frequent. She pointed out on the map (free maps of district 1 at the reception counter!) how to get there and she wrote the names of the dishes in Vietnamese.
