Liked: The receptionist Thu was exceptional at her job, so welcoming and friendly! We were on the ground floor beside reception so it was a little noisy but apart from that I have no complaints! Great Location!

Liked: Cleanliness is outstanding-all staff very helpful-luggage carried up to your room-we were very surprised and really pleased that we should find such a good standard in a budget range. Liked: The staff here, especially Thu, are amazing and very willing to help and recommend tours etc. The showers were great, sheets cleaned every day, a beautiful place to stay. Very highly recommended!!

Liked: More hotel than hostel, but clean rooms, free wifi, cable TV, aircon, an incredibly friendly and very helpful receptionist and a very central location made this well worth the money.

Liked: It is located near Benh Thanh Market which is good for all the shoppers. It is right in the middle of things. The staff is very friendly. They are of great help telling you how to get around the city, and how much such and such costs. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again when I go back to HCMC.

Liked: Very clean, reasonably sized rooms with comfortable beds; hotel is very central but lovely and quiet so you can get a good night's sleep; best of all, super-friendly and efficient staff who couldn't be more pleasant or keener to ensure you enjoy your stay. All in all, a really good place to stay.

Liked: This hotel has prossibly the friendliest receptionist in the world. I have not come accross any other hotel in SE Asia with the same eagerness to please or help us with the slgihtest question, from directions to booking tours to booking our bus to leave. We also arrived at 5:30am and we were able to check into our room at 7:30am. I have yet to find another hotel where this is possible without having to pay for the night before.Y\The hotle is spotless with really nice rooms and great value for money. We loved it.
