Liked: Nothing was a problem - everything worked and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Anything we needed to know about the local area or language was very quickly provided and the location was just perfect to get to most other places easily. Also the surrounding streets housed many and varied shops and restaurants providing a vibrant atmosphere at any time of the day or night.

Liked: Actually stayed in Phan Lan next door which is owned by same people. Clean rooms, helpful staff, free internet, organise day-trips, drinks for sale in reception and free cold drink for you in reception on occasion. The staff are great, and particular thanks to Minh who had to accompany me to the police station to fill out a report as I had my handbag snatched (please all, have your important stuff in your pockets around Saigon, not in your bag! as the story about 2 men on a motorbike grabbing your stuff as warned in the guidebooks is unfortunately true!)

Liked: Chanh is very polite and helpful and speaks excellent English. He's a really generous and happy guy who makes you smile. The rooms are spotlessy cleaned very day. The washing facilities are also excellent.

Liked: Chahn, the manager was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location in quiet street. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Excellent pho restaurant around the corner recommended by Chanh.

Liked: They render extra service in helping to look after my 2 kids and 81 years old mom when ever I went out for shopping. My whole family is looking forward to visit Vietnam again with the same hostel. :D

Liked: GREAT! sooooooooooo clean, tv in room, brill hot shower, excellent guy on the desk who will ply you with free tea when you're using the free internet! breakfast too, in a quieter street set back from all the tour offices. great!

Liked: Amazingly friendly staff...the guy Chun on front desk couldn't have been more helpful and happy go lucky! Great location for single female travellers like me, near bars and backpackers area, motorbike rides arranged for tours...all in all it was a fantastic experience staying here and i loved Saigon!
