Liked: Very clean, comfortable, well-maintained and at very reasonable rates. Staff friendly and accomodating, specially Hien. It is inside a side street parallel to the main road so it`s quiet and yet strategically located. Within walking distance to the sights.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: We had a wonderfull stay at REd Sun!! Lovely helpfull staff!! Specially Yen :) you dont need a tour guide with her.. she organices everything providing the best tips!

Liked: Located in a quiet safe alley. Close proximity to Ben Thanh market (1km). Offers affordable tours to the surrounding attractions e.g, Cu Chi Tunnels for US$6. Rooms were small but very clean, complete with an ensuite bathroom, cable TV, airconditioning, fan and mini fridge! Jenny the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Liked: Staff were really friendly and accomodating and could not do enough for you. Location was excellent also. Staff arranged a Chi Chu Tunnel visit for us for $6. They also arranged airport drop off for only $9, this is much cheaper than the taxis at the airport. We wish we would have used them to pick us up from airport.

Disliked: Room was generally clean but there were a lot of ants crwaling around. We had a Private Twin Room which had a single and a double bed, this was lucky as we had to share the double bed because of ants crawling on the single bed.

Liked: The staff were really helpful and didn't seem to mind when I turned up at a rather ungodly hour, waking them up - they let me check in very early in the morning for only half a day room price which was more than fair! It's really central and very clean and I enjoyed my short but sweet stay there.

Disliked: Just a couple of times I went to reception and had to wait a while for the staff to arrive which was fine except for when my bus had come to pick me up to go to Cambodia, they had my passport and I couldn't find them.

Liked: The rooms are clean,airy, large and quiet. The staff went out of their way to accomodate ou requirements with a cheerful and friendly efficiency.

Disliked: I can honestly say their wasn't anything that i disliked about the property

Liked: Its near a lot of other hotels which meant there were a lot of other tourists around. The Hotel itself was pretty nice. The receptionist were these twins, they were very kind and very helpful and always cheerful and made us feel like we were at home. We also accidently left a large sum of money in our laundry which they kindly gave it all back.

Disliked: The bathroom/shower, we disliked getting our feet wet when ever we walked into the bathroom, Also that there was only 1 key and we had to put it in the drop box every day that we went out so the cleaners could clean our room. taking up our luggage by stairs was a pain because there was no elevator.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Proberly cooked eggs! The girls at the front desk were very friendly.

Disliked: Had to sit in the hallway for my wifi to work. Maybe it was just that room... Other then that, nothing really.

Liked: Good location, free internet, room was cleaned regularly. Nice staff. Quiet at night despite being in busy area. Staff were quite helpful and friendly.

Disliked: Wet room instead of separate shower. Breakfast only average (choice of meals but not great quality ingredients or very well cooked).

Liked: Friendly staff, breakfast

Disliked: Left my bag pack in the room when went out for Mekong tour. When returned, noticed that my bag was slightly opened and the zip was damaged. I guess someone tried to steal something (must be the cleaner coz they clean the room & changed the towel) but because i put a padlock, it was a bit hard to open and cause the zip to damage.Luckily,i didn't bring my laptop & left it in the room.Phewww...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. location was very central and convenient. Breakfast was nice.

Disliked: Bathroom was a bit outdated. Wasn't a big problem for me though.

Liked: Friendly and helpfull staff of the hotel, excellent location of the hotel, nice room

Disliked: 2 different building (red sun 1 a 2). Reception is only on second one. There was only bread and jam, or eggs for breakfast(totally different from advertised breakfast on this web). Reconstruction of other hotel rooms which start early in the morning (loudness and dirt) There is necessary to take off shoes in the main doors. Hotel charwoman is cleanning room between 5 - 6 pm. Expensive trips and taxy to airport No souvenir gift (which was advartised on this web)
