Liked: Although slightly more expensive than some hostels in the old quarter we really enjoyed our stay and felt the extra money was worth it. The hotel was on a quieter street, our bedroom was a good size with its own safe and computer with internet access. Air conditioning was effective and the complementary drinks and fruit bowel were replenished daily. The bathroom had a decent enough shower and there was always hot water. Staff were very accomodating, booking train tickets for us, organising a day trip to Ha Long Bay and rearranging tickets to a show when we decided we wanted to go at a different time. Breakfast was quite good in comparison to what some Vietnamese hostels serve up!

Liked: the people their were very friendly and helpful so kind and nice. The facilities in the room are completed, desktop and internet.Location is perfect,however the room size seem slightly small if stay more than two persons should book room grade higher than satndard.

Liked: The room was clean and beautifully presented. We had a junior suite and this included a balcony that looked out onto May Ma Street. Internet access was a real bonus. Each day we were given a variety of fresh fruit. The staff were friendly with the Duty Manager particularly good. Our booking included breakfast which was fantastic. The bowl of lolliies on each floor were wonderful and hard to resist.

Liked: The room was very small, but efficiently arranged and had everything: refrigerator, cable TV, air conditioning - plus a computer with internet connection and complimentary tea and fruit. Room had a window and was attractively decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The hotel was in a fantastic location, in the Old Quarter! Where you want to be if you're a first comer! The people at the hotel were more than helpful and very friendly and welcoming. We weren't really looking to socialise heaps b/c it was a girl's catchup, but the hotel was busy! We had a great time there! Thanks for everything! Jeanette and Melissa
