Liked: The staff was GREAT! I can't remember how many things they helped me with, directions, recommendations, help with a problem tour and help with the post office! They were always genuinely happy to help!

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Great atmosphere and service. The very friendly staff made our short stop over hassle free. The Posh is wonderfully located in the heart of OLD HANOI. We were made very welcome from the time we arrived to the time we left. We will be back at THE POSH for a longer stay a little later on, so that we will have more time to soak up the sights and eat some of the nearby street food. I would have no problems recommending The Posh to anybody who wishes to absorb the REAL HANOI. GREAT shopping very near too.

Disliked: The very short stay!!!!!!!!!!! BUT will be back again soon.
