Liked: WE FOUND GOOD BRAND NEW HOTEL IN HANOI This hotel was our best in Vietnam and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was basic international standard and fairly, very clean with good air-con which we desperately needed in September. Breakfast was so good. We sometimes used break fast One thing is so good that the water very clean and strong also the room in the front is a little bit noise. The manager is really helpful. Very nice and honest of him! The staff is so good and hard working; we used their airport... more. SO CLEAN HOTEL. EXCELLENT!!!

Liked: Very good brand new hotel , Excellent room and service . we loved all people there we are so kind and helpful. we can choose many hotels in hanoi but I think this hotel is the best boutique hotel in hanoi . if you want to have really good hotel i think you should stay at this hotel , all are so clean and good atmostphire is very good also the room in the frond abit noise . I mostly reccomend to all travelers if you expect good plcae to stay in hanoi. thank to all and hostebookers we got really nice room and cheap price

Liked: very good hotel in the old quarter Hanoi , very good location and center of shoping and eating area , near by Hoan kiem lake and night market . the staff here very good and helpful we strongly reccomend to all the cus tomer all around the world that is really good hotel boutique and good sevice good price really really good place to stay I think you stay here you will say the same to me . good luck to all travelers and from hostelbookers we got very good and nice room with cheap price.

Liked: Asia Place Hotel is realy good brand new hotel. The room is so claen and the staff is very helpful and kind . We really enjoy this hotel , if you want to have really good place to stay Sure you should come to ASIA PALACE HOTEL HANOI 2 I am sure you as same to me and say very good deal from asia hotel. thank far all staff and people there they work hard and so kind. I will come bac Hanoi soon I wll stay in this hotel again .

Liked: The reviews below are all correct - this is a great mid-priced hotel in Hanoi. The service the staff provide really is excellent - way beyond what we expecteed even after reading the other reviews. You are made very welcome, they frequently check everything is to your satisfaction and they are very helpful with any requests - e.g. arranging cookery courses or meeting you off the train from Sapa at 4.30am. Breakfasts are good, rooms are not huge but adequate and the location of Asia palace 2 hotel is very central. From talking to other travellers in Hanoi it seems the experience is repeated at the other branches. Lots of expensive hotels could learn a few things from here.

Liked: The rooms were clean, spacious, and the included internet and computer were highly appreciated. As we were celebrating our anniversary with this visit to Hanoi, the hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as a bonus for the stay. The hotel made us nightly restaurant reservations and booked tickets for the water puppets for us, and all of their recommendations for places to see and things to eat were outstanding!

Liked: The staff felt like friends, the room felt like home with tea and coffee making facilities, TV and internet. Breakfast was excellent (personally would have liked muesli as an option). Nothing was too much trouble. When I became unwell they arranged an appointment at Family Medical Centre staffed by international doctors, well done!

Liked: As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by the friendly staff and calm atmosphere. It is our frist visit to Vietnam and this hotel made everything so easy for us; booking our water puppet theatre trip, halong bay tour and flights to Hue. The staff went out of their way to be helpful wherever possible.The room was clean and spacious and very quiet.The hotel is located a short walk from the Lake and also some good places to eat.This hotel and our experiences in Hanoi marked the start of what has been an amazing honeymoon!

Liked: Nicest hotel i've been. Cozy, clean, comfortable, modern, suitable room. The breakfast is delicious. The internet's free in the room and there are also 3 computer in the lobby for free as well. The staffs are very friendly, courteous, helpfull. We enjoyed our stay here.
