Liked: ASIA PALACE 1 HOTEL was so nice with service of great take care customers and doing well job. I and my wife really enjoyed and liked it The room was very very clean, cozy and Full up useful equipments, that much differences compare with the other ones. They have free complimentary water, tea coffee very day and fresh fruits. they have elictric kettle flowers, Safe ..... many thing that very helpful for both travelers or business. That made me like the room so much.Almost of customers are tourists so this place is a good one to meet orhters people all over the world.Location is perfect and convenient to walk around near by the Lake , night market , and restaurantsVery good for valueBrand new hotel is much changes with the model of the hotel before really good one and very nice hotel.We would be happy to recommend to all people around the world.

Liked: I went to Vietnam as a student on a school travel trip, and we stayed at the Asia Palace Hotel 1 for about 6 nights. One of my personal favorites in hotels. It was very low-key and easy to relax in, and felt very private. The rooms were kept impeccably clean, the shower is great, and there are memory foam mattresses and good personally controlled AC! Three different free wireless internet networks, plus two great computers down in the lobby, with Skype capability and webcam. A beautiful breakfast is served every morning, with delicious coffee, fresh fruit, tea, Vietnamese noodle soup prepared fresh in front of you, and other tasty Vietnamese munchies. The hotel is in the heart of Hanoi, right next to the Old Quarter and there are all sorts of great food and shopping right there, no driving needed, although of course the hotel staff are always available to get you a taxi! All staff speak English well and are very helpful.I would love to come back to Hanoi one day, and this hotel would be my first choice to stay.

Liked: I stayed with my family (total of us : 3 adults) in a deluxe room (or for me is like a family room)- consists of 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room is spacious and tidy. Equipped with air-conditioner, refrigerator, Tivi with multiple channels (including non-vietnamese), wardrobe, writing desk, make-up desk, complimentary bottled water, coffee table & chairs, balcony , windows, hot shower with bath-tub, basic toiletries. They also arrange tour to Halong Bay, SAPA and other bus/train tickets booking services. Private car pick-up & transfer service can be arranged with reasonable fees. Breakfast with much selections (included in the room rate). Friendly staffs that work hard to ensure our comfort & satisfaction. Free WIFI service (2 computers) at lobby (and printing is available with no charges). Strategic location - various travel agencies are around the corner. Tourist spots within walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, bars & shops selling all sorts of stuffs just few steps from the hotel. Taxi, cyclo etc are easy to be found if you choose not to walk.Overall, we are satisfied with the services & room provided.

Liked: We stayed at Asia Palace 1 Hotel for 2 days and it was a fantastic memory.Rooms were large, nice and extremly.Location was good for walking around The staff were very friendly, helpful and the service was really really excellent. Daily breakfast included and there's a lot to choose from omelette, fried eggs, "pho", bread , spring roll , etc. We were provided tee, coffee daily. Business center open 24 hour and free. Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back. Personally I would like to send my best regards to Ms Hanh hotel receptionist , who helped me a lot during my stay.

Liked: My wife and I stayed here for 3 days at Asia Palace 1 Hotel Hanoi and it was good, but considering the price, it was GREAT!!!!! The rooms were well equiped and fuctional. A/C was well operated. room was clean, beautiful and very spacious. The staff was good and they kept our bags at the hotel for free while on a Ha Long Bay tour without any problems. Airport transfer was good arranged and it was so convenient for us. The hotel location was good to access all main aprt of Hanoi French Quarter. We booked the hotel well in advance of our trip (Aug 2009 for an Nov 2009 trip) and during the course of the 8 and a bit months in between booking and arriving in Vietnam, we did a lot of research regarding where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see. We knew we wanted to do a 2 day, 1 night trip on Ha Long Bay and eventually decided on the Phoenix Cruiser (after many hours of research). We noted the Sunrise Hotel was able to arrange bookings at the same cost (US$95 per person) US$ less than booking through South Pacific Tour's own website (managers of the Phoenix Cruiser), and emailed to arrange the booking. We were not required to pay any money up front - and in fact did not have to pay for the tour until checking out of the Asia Palace 1 Hotel the day after completion of our Ha Long Tour.We received great email communications from the Hotel - they were very helpful in all of our enquiries (and there were a couple). All in all , we highly recommend the Asia Palace 1Hotel Hanoi

Liked: Our group stayed at the Asia Palace 1 Hotel Hanoi in November 2009. Hanoi was our base for our trips to Sapa and Halong bay, so we stayed at Asia Palace 1 Hotel Hanoi for a total of 3 nights between our trips. We had a great time there and it felt like we were returning home everytime we came back from a trip. Everyone at the front desk and doormen were so friendly and became our friends.Anh was especially helpful. She booked all our excursions plus obtained our Visa on arrival approval. We did a lot of emailing back and forth before I arrived. We were a group of 6 and needed 3 rooms everywhere, so we booked a couple months in advance. She is very prompt in returning emails.We stayed in a variety of rooms in the Asia Palace 1 hotel . All were clean, and all had great showers...no problem with hot water. Some were set up better than others....but the pink stripe wallpaper in some of the rooms has to go. There are small refrigerators in the rooms filled with water, soda and beer. The beer was only $1.00. Great price for Minibar.We used there laundry service which was great. The location is perfect. There are 3 computers are in the lobby with free access.They gave us free transportation to and from our train trip to Sapa, and also provided early check-in for no charge on our return from Sapa.We paid $35/nt for our rooms which was well worth it. It included breakfast also. We also took advantage of there airport pick-up/return which I would recommend. It's a bit of a drive out to the airport.I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others
