Liked: Good location.

Disliked: There was no hot water available. We had to ask three times for towels, which had disappeared after the first clean up. Even though it clearly says on the counter that you can pay with Visa, that was not the case. The staff, including hotel manager, are very nosy and are constantly asking what are you going to do, as they want to sell overpriced tours. You can get a hotel probably better than this for half the price, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: I spent in Viet Nam with were very happy because of the good Hotel services,kindness,care in detail.Thank you for booking a nice boat in Ha Long Bay.We really enjoyed the time there.We will talk more about Jysk Hotel with others! High recommend this hotel

Liked: From the first moment in dealing with this hotel the service was beyond excellent. Prior to the trip, all emails were dealt with promptly and effificiently. The staff spoke excellent English, bent over backwards to help in any way they could, including recommending and booking restaurants for dinner. The staff also all had a great sense of humour. The Single room occupied by I was uch smaller, woithout the whizzbang shower or the DVD player but still good enough for us.I booked out Halong Bay cruise with the hotel also and this went very smoothlyThe location of the hotel is also very convenient in the Old Quarter

Liked: Perfect hotel services, I was stay in this hotel in 26Jan2010 and I am very happy to stay in this hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean. the prices is good for my pocket.That is reason why i am here again. i will come back in December,2010.

Liked: We stayed at the Jysk hotel 1 night . Every part of our stay here was excellent from making an enquiry, airport collection, the room and the staff.We should say at the outset that we are not young people looking for a backpacker type hotel. My friend and I are both in our fifties and we were experiencing Vietnam for the first time.Initial booking:We booked a room over the internet through hostelbooker. We also booked a halong tour 2days1night, we very enjoy our trip to halong was excellent services. Mr. David Le allso offer for us open bus ticket go down to the south of vietnam. We will recommend this hotel to lonely planet.

Liked: My friend recommend and i was search on internet booked this hotel through hostelbooker, the hotel room are not so big but nice and clean,staff all way smile and helpful.exellent the location, i just take 5muite to walk to the lake and good place for shopping. next time i will bring my morther come and i will choosing this hotel.

Liked: Exellent hotel location, the room is very nice and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, they were give me all information a bout this place and help booked a day trip to Perfumme Pagoda. tour manager help me to booked flight ticket to HCM and allso free very nice car take me to airport. I am sure-fire high recommend this hotel to my friend.

Liked: Booked by through hostelbookers and briefly thought I'd booked a "virtual"hotel as they disappeared off the radar but they did respond and confirmed everything I had asked for.Car from the airport,just a bit above the normal taxi rate but well worth it,and a very friendly welcome.Hotel location in the Old Quarter.Room comfortable,bathroom totally acceptable if a bit small.Breakfast offer by menu are very good food,I am very enjoy.Mr. David Le booked a guide and car for a personallised tour and taxis,restaurants as requested.All in all excellent service.I would certainly recommend this hotel as we had a most enjoyable stay.

Liked: This hotel room is very clean, breakfast is very good with a menu, The staff are friendly and all way helpful. Mr. David Le Tour Sales manager of this hotel help booking for me to Halong Bay tour with group. I was very enjoy my time in this hotel. If I am comeback to hanoi, I will stay in this hotel.high recommend this hotel.
