Liked: really friendly helpful staff. knew us by name. good knowledge of tours etc, and arranged same. rooms are spacious and clean. the nicest bathrooms in SE Asia!

Liked: Newly renovated and clean property with really helpful staff.

Disliked: Some of the staff were a little difficult to understand and the prices for booking tours and tickets through the hotel were a bit steep.

Liked: Provided a great breakfast and is also a travel office so we didn't have to deal with any outside travel agents..and the big air-con rooms. The cafe was very convenient.

Disliked: Nothing, it really satisfied us!.

Liked: Staff constantly going out of their way to help. The rooms are great value in a great location. Good air-con and english TV channels in the room. Fast wifi. The recommended tours were quality.

Liked: Very comfortable, with very friendly staff. The breakfast was a real winner by any standards. Luke & Sarah are great hosts, ready to give any info and answer questions; great help.

Liked: A brilliant hotel with very friendly staff. Love the big walk-in showers and the big variety on the free breakfast. It was so good that I stayed for another few days. Would highly recommed this hotel.

Liked: I booked the hotel solely on the positive reviews I read on booking websites. I was pleased to find that they were absolutely correct. It has a very warm and freindly buzz about it and is perfect for any age group or circumstance. I couldn't thank them enough for their help.

Liked: Large rooms, new and fresh. Cafe is great to have there at the hotel. Mostly english speaking staff. Well organised tours. Do yourself a favour.. stay here.

Liked: The tours were as describes and it was good to have the western menu at the cafe.. that tasted western.. and the vietnamese menu. We were looked after well by the staff which made all the difference.

Liked: Thanks for looking after us! Was a bit hectic during their renovations but they went out of their way to help things continue to run smoothly, including moving us to a better hotel for the night while they had some workmen in.

Liked: Such a great fresh feel about this hotel.. the staff are fantastic and it is so helpful having the 2 Australians running it.. It's good to have an english ear to ask advice of etc.. The tours I booked to Halong Bay and Sapa went like clockwork, the Sapa homestay tour is amazing. Good breakfast and new bathrooms put the icing on the cake.
