Liked: Staff Frindliness,always happy to see you.Very helpfull in all our requests

Disliked: No facecloth in rooms but it is the same in all of Vietnam.Maybe you should tell them all that most foreigners use them.

Liked: The friends here at Hanoi silver Hotel are quite effusive with me, nice buffet in the morning,. Especially the hotel is very near Hoan Kiem lake, taking me 1 minutes to arrive there to do exercises in the morning. I try Pho each morning, quite tasty & delicious. Everything seems good for me at Hanoi SIlver Hotel, from values, services, rooms quite nice & clean. I highly recommend other tourists staying at Hanoi Silver Hotel. Shopping Tip : Taking money for shopping each day, you will feel better, many souverir shops, handicraft near the Hotel

Disliked: open breakfast should be until 10-11am

Liked: - Big smiles of staffs,various buffet in the morning. free ticket for water puppet show, cheap rooms, boutique & warm ambiance rooms of hotel,many tourists coming here to stay for their trips, i will come back the hotel on my business

Disliked: - sometimes, need more coffee with the breakfast

Liked: i stayed at Deluxe city view with nice view, my room was at the backside, enough to view streets of Hanoi city. Food, drink here quite good, staffs useful, always " say hello and h r u?" anytime . haha. my room was roomy and flowers on table all day. i like the silent here, suitable for my business. Hanoi's old quarter is so amazing and crowded, it's so strange from my mind before i come here and think about it, a place never ever like any place in the world. i strongly recommend the hotel for others

Liked: Hanoi Silver Hotel is located on one of the most amazing & busy street, only taking me about 2 minutes to see the beautiful pearl of Hanoi " Hoan Kiem Lake". Here you can find many restaurants and shops as well as handicrafts, silk, golds, souvenir shop easily and not forgetting the famous water puppet is also located nearby.If you come here to relax or work, Hanoi silver Hotel is definitely a great place for you to stay at. All rooms are quite comfortable and convenient and the staffs are friendly, efficient and helpful, especially the pretty & intelligent receptionists, they will help you to provide everything you need like tour information, where to eat, where to go or to relax. I love Hanoi Silver Hotel as well as the staffs here and will definitely be back again.

Disliked: locating at busy street, street are narrow but quite beautiful

Liked: Well where do i start, on arriving at the hotel we were told it was full even though we had a confirmed booking. They took us to one of their sister hotels, which looked run down but when we got there we were told the original hotel had found our booking, so back we went. This back and forth after a 13 hour train journey was not appreciated. The room was ok, but for $20 there are better hotels in the area. On our way out to dinner the guy on reception checked how long we would be staying and tried to hard sell their tours on us, saying we should book through them. At 0630 the following morning the same guy called our room to check if we wanted to stay that night. He was not only rude but agressive too. When I said we would let him know later that morning he continued to push and I said NO we would not be staying any longer. At breakfast we discovered he had done the same thing to other guests...maybe he's on commission! I would not stay in this hotel again nor would I recommend it to any one else, unless they liked average rooms and very pushy, agressive staff. All in all our incounter with the Hanoi Silver Hotel was not good and one not be repeated.
