Liked: We chose this hotel from it's comments and never regretted. We stayed for 4 days and everything went perfect. Location is excellent, staff was very attentive to the customers needs. Our room was spacious and well furnished. It worth staying. 100%.

Disliked: Nothing. We would recommend this hotel.

Liked: Location and staff were brilliant. Internet was quick and the room was clean with a new TV.

Disliked: Very hard bed (although i found that in other hotels in Vietnam) and it was a noisy street which reflects the central location of the hotel.

Liked: location is great, just near the lake. Staff are excellent, driver picked us up at airport even though we were delayed 2 hours. Reception staff could not be more helpful, organised tickets for us to travel to Hue. Also arrange Halong bay tour which was good value.

Liked: very helpful and lovely staff. they make your stay very comfortable. you don't need to worrie about nothing. excelent halong bay tour and sapa tour, both arrenged through the hotel.

Disliked: it was a bit noisy, but it is normal in hanoi, and even most during the 1000 festivals...

Liked: Excellent staff, eager to help and friendly. They let us use the shower before and after the Halong Bay and Sapa trips and got breakie after arriving from Sapa at 5:00 AM. Great People, Good place close to all the attractions in Hanoi

Liked: Good location! Very helpful staff! Many travel offers from hotel! Good breakfast! We had the Lakeside View Room, which is a bit more expensive, but you can actually see the Lake! It is a huge, nice room on the 6th floor (elevator there!) where you won't hear much of the noise from the streets (very good!!).

Liked: It was really clean with comfy pillows and a cheap mini bar! The staff were really nice, spoke good English and assisted us with all of our needs. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Hanoi for a short term stay like us.

Disliked: There was building going on in the opposite room and so a strong smell of paint was apparent. The room was street facing a really noisy at night.

Liked: We agree with previous comments about this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and made you feel very welcome. It is value for money and in a good location near the lake, in a relatively quiet street. If we were to come back to Hanoi we would definitely stay here again.

Liked: We had a shower which creaded an awful lots of damp and drips in the bathroom - when we asked to switch rooms and it was unavailable the reception spent 20 minutes trying to find us alternative accomodation with their collegues at other hotels. They were all fully booked so instead they gave us 50% off the bill - not bad! All the staff were very cheerful and helpful, the location was the best of four we stayed at in Hanoi.

Liked: Very well located near the lake and the old town. Very nice and helpful staff, who arranged everything we wanted, train/plane tickets, bike hire etc. at competitive prices. Directly after booking we received a wellcome e-mail from the hotel with the advice to book a pick-up by the hotel from the airport. This proved to be a good advice, as we later heard horror stories from other travellers about the Hanoi taxi mafia. We extended our stay and could leave our luggage at the hotel during our trips to Sa Pa and Halong. Hotel staff dropped us at the train compartment for the night train , collected us again at 06.00 am on return and had a room available at that early hour. Rooms were spacious, but a bit outdated. Bathroom fixings need upgrading. Breakfast simple but adequate. In short : hotel quality resonable, compensated by excellent service from staff.

Liked: This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it is always a wonderful. The rates are reasonable, the rooms are clean, our room had the most amazing balcony and it's private, there is everything you need. The area is also very nice, plenty of places to eat arround.The breakfast was nice, very well organize to feed everyone quickly. Our vacations were both perfect! Would be great to go back.

Internet access in lobby. " This hotel has met everything a leisure travels need. Well managed and very clean, comfortable room.

Liked: One cannot find a better location in Hanoi. My room was small ( that was single room ) but well decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was great, they din't mind to give me the heater when I was cold. I booked here after a bad experience in a hotel.I would certainly not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Liked: Fabulous, as everyone told about this hotel. It is rare that we stayed in a hotel with what we paid has a nicer shower than our own home, hot water 24 hours, safe, airconditioning, complementary water, bathroom amenities. Highly recommended. Location is superb. I could walk arround and lots to do in the vincinity...
