Liked: After reading all good comment for HDH, I booked my stay here. Was very clean hotel, not too small as said. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ms Dzung who speak very well English was very friendly, she helped me to book my ticket for water puppet show, Halong bay overnight trip and the amazing trip to Mai Chau hill. Recommended this hostel

Liked: Fabulous place. We arrived very early in the morning from long fly from Moscow. Miss Moon, the hotel Manager offered us breakfast and gave us very lovely welcome drink. We went to our hotel immediately. Rooms were spacious, warm, high speed internet wifi. She gave us one laptop for us ending our final work at home. The receptionist supported us the city map and advised all the tourist places in old quarter and tips to walk around the noise town. Love this place

Disliked: Dislikes: Small rooms; front rooms are noisy; no lifts. No free bottles of water/coffee provided in room (These are only available from the little restaurant on the ground floor). No in-room safe.

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at Hanoi Deluxe Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful to all of our requests. The location is great, a few minutes walk from many attractions in Hanoi. Rooms are clean and very well maintained., very comfo, clean bathroom. The trips they orgainzie were perfect.

Liked: Hanoi Deluxe Hotel is amazing! we stayed for 2 times. First we booked 1 night then went back after the trip. Hotel is clean, nicely decorated and well cared for. Miss Moon helped us book our Halong bay trip which was excellent for a very fair price. The staff so helpful, the most of helpful to anywhere on our trip here and Asia. Thanks to all hotel staff and we will come back.

Liked: A good location for sightseeing, the room we stayed in was relatively spacious, for Hanoi, and was modern and clean. The free fruit and drink on arrival were a nice touch and the wifi worked well.

Disliked: 24 hr check in is a bit misleading as the security grate was shut when we arrived, admittedly at 4am. However, if you bang on it they will wake up and let you in. Also the map they give, whilst good for sightseeing, is not the best for finding the hotel on foot as some of the streets ae missing off the map.

Liked: The staff were absolutely superb - very friendly, accomadating and helpful. Also the property has recently undergone extensive renoviations and it's modern and well maintained decor reflect that.

Liked: This is an excellent place to stay and use as a base from which to explore the surrounding area. It is also centrally location in Hanoi's Old quarter. I found the services very good. The staff are all friendly and always willing to help and recommend you the places to eat, visiting and tours booking. I booked the Halong bay through them and it was excellent. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Disliked: there was no lift in this hotel, but it was not high stare

Liked: What can i say, it was awesome! The room was huge, modern with wooden floors, flat TV, a spotless and spacious bathroom and an excellent breakfast (fresh juices, omelette, scrambled eggs, bread, tea etc.) plus WiFi were included. The staff is ever so friendly and really care for you. You can leave your stuff (laptop, etc.) in your room without any worry and whatever you need, the staff is more than happy to help you. I checked out as i took off to Halong Bay (the staff arranged my trip with Imperial Cruises, please use their services not the tour companies as the value is not that good) for one night and left my backbag to hotel reception with other luggage and and everything was fine. I had a couple of hours spare time before taking off to Danang by plane and the staff kindly gave me a room for a couple of hours (i did not asked for it, they offered it for me) so that i could take a shower and freshen up before my flight. They also arranged my pick up from/to airport. This place is excellent value for your money, ever so cheap and lovely. Also, the location is brilliant, right in the heart of Old Quarter and only 5 minutes walk from the best restaurant streets and from the lake. I visited one other hotel that was double as expensive as Hanoi Deluxe Hotel and the rooms were smaller, scruffy and overall, nothing that nice than my hotel. My highest recommendations for this excellent little hotel and its super kind and trustworthy crew!

Liked: A billiant hotel at great value. Very friendly staff, lovely touched included bring welcomed and given a drink and fruit after walking from the bus stop to hotel on the arrival. Great tours organization. We recommended this hotel!

Liked: I'm very impressed by the promptness of Ms Moon's service and honest advice even before my friends and I arrived at the hotel. She arranged our trip to Halong Bay and answered all our queries promptly via email. She was also very kind to hold our room at a reduced rate whilst we were at Halong Bay, hence saving us the hassle of moving our belongings out of our room. It was unfortunate that on the first night, we arrived on a 39 deg C evening, and the wall in our room was radiating heat. The next morning we requested for another room and the hotel staff were very obliging. Thankfully the weather also cooled somewhat and the room was in a more insulated position. The staff were also took initiative to carry our luggage to and from our room. I'm glad to have chosen this hostel for my first trip to Vietnam!

Liked: The room was quite big, very clean and even hat a flat screen with international channels. Breakfast very good (Omelet, fruit plus choice of drink). Should I come to Hanoi again, I will definitely stay at Hanoi Boutique Hotel!

Liked: So friendly and cheerful, when other hotels are so pushy and rude. The room was terrific! Big comfy bed, nice view and balcony looking over the Old Quarter, so close to everything, we loved it! Beautiful big TV in the room and beautiful modern bathroom .Thank you for all your advice in regards to this, it was nice knowing we weren’t getting ripped off. Keep up the good work!

Liked: My second trip to Hanoi but my first time at this hotel. I initially booked here after I found my first choice was booked out, however this turned out to be quite a good thing. The staff were lovely and really took care of me. The location is quite superb too, seemed to be a bit a little tucked away while still being in the heart of the old quarter. Nice rooms with new amenities. I was made to feel very comfortable.

Liked: That was great hotel in Hanoi. I do not remember how many hostels I stayed before. But this was the best impression i had for my trip to Vietnam. Great for value money. I paid $20USD for a balcony city view ( i was lucky, they said) which has very cozy design with a big bathroom. The towel was as clean as ever. I decided to stayed there again after the Sapa tour which was recommended from Miss Moon. She was very helpful and smart lady. She has a tiller 4 months son, but we works every day and willing to help you in the addition to the shopping central or city visiting.Absolutely stay here again next year, I will ask my parents travel with me.

Liked: Hey Hanoi Boutique Hotel. Thank you so much for your hospitality, amazing hotel. We had great time with you. I see the previous badly rating posted was untrue about your hotel. Your staff was the best helpful and friendly in most of hotel we stayed in Vietnam and Asia. We used to make the booking for all tours and accommodation for the place we planning to go before the departure, and this time we booked the Halong bay before we came Hanoi Boutique Hotel. They were happy to help us to contact with our agency in Hanoi, even called the agency to remind them to pickup us on time at hotel.We got the welcome drink on the arrival, very sweet. The room was excellent, big for 2 people and stylish, roommy, especial the lovely bathroom. The daily cleanup was excellent to. We go free breakfast every morning, they even severed at 11.30, sorry infact they the breakfast over at 10.00.They were always willing to help.Thanks for allJose
