Liked: Hey Hanoi Boutique Hotel. Thank you so much for your hospitality, amazing hotel. We had great time with you. I see the previous badly rating posted was untrue about your hotel. Your staff was the best helpful and friendly in most of hotel we stayed in Vietnam and Asia. We used to make the booking for all tours and accommodation for the place we planning to go before the departure, and this time we booked the Halong bay before we came Hanoi Boutique Hotel. They were happy to help us to contact with our agency in Hanoi, even called the agency to remind them to pickup us on time at hotel.We got the welcome drink on the arrival, very sweet. The room was excellent, big for 2 people and stylish, roommy, especial the lovely bathroom. The daily cleanup was excellent to. We go free breakfast every morning, they even severed at 11.30, sorry infact they the breakfast over at 10.00.They were always willing to help.Thanks for allJose

Liked: The general feel of this hotel was that of a buzz and consequently for the money. We stayed here in Jan 2010. It was the best place in Vietnam in our trip to this country. They welcome given was warm and severed you the delicious welcome drink. Very clean room, Air –con, hot water, and a big Plasma LCD. Friendly and helpful staff, they always smile to you and guide you to visit the old town and find the best place for the local food, they also very helpful to help you book the trip to Halong bay for great service and quality. We found comfortable staying here.

Liked: We stayed on a 2 day stop over to Saigon. But this is the best places in Vietnam we stayed. The rooms are excellent, and the views over the city are fantastic.I was dubious about Singapore before going with the sanitised asia image, but was pleasantly surprised, and after a 12 hour flight, I couldn't hope for a better experience.Next time we'll linger longer.

Liked: First time we tried Hanoi Gecko for our trip in Hanoi and were recommended Hanoi Boutique Hotel from Gecko course of fully booked at their hotel. We moved to HBH and were welcoming from all hotel staff. They immediately took me to a cleanest room open to Street. But the negative of this is too noise in the morning from the local speaker with music for the local news to everybody, better quite with rooms on the back of hotel. Great breakfast, delicious the scramble eggs. Good location, excellent staff. We decided to book again Hanoi Boutique Hotel by using hostelbooker.com as we often for our second trip in January.

Liked: The room was wonderful, very comfortable with big beds, mirror, fridge, big plasma TV, and the best shower in Asia. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good.

Liked: Would highly this hotel.Thank you for your friendly helpful in my stay. To tell you the truth I dreaded leaving the comfort of the Hotel it was like a relaxing oasis on the edge of the harassing streets of Hanoi. The price too was very appealing to me, I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, friend or not A one day trip to Holong Bay was great but a little too much time on the bus and not enough time on the boat although the cave was truly "amazing" and food was great. Due too my limited time in Vietnam, I can not complain.Thanks again for all your help with the Bus and Airplane travel.
