Liked: This hotel is located in the center of Old quarter and just a walking distance to Hoankiem lake and the night market. Its clean and the staff were very cooperative. The fee here is quite reasonable, but the most outstanding advantage of the hotel is the services delivered by these staffs. I received a lot of valuable from their considerable advice and I therefore really succeed in booking suitable tour to Sapa and Halong Bay. I really love it and extremely enjoy my traveling. . I would recommend it to all

Disliked: The hotel runs by a very nice and lovely Vietnamese couple which speak good English. They just started the business a couple of months ago and it is impressive how well they did! They provide great travel tips, restaurant recommendations and offer good tours to the surroundings of Hanoi. These tours are offered for very reasonable prices compared to tour agents in the Old Quarter and they offer excellent value. I was very happy with our trip to beautiful Halong Bay. The rooms are spacious, clean. They offer free wi-fi throughout the hotel, which was very welcome to stay in contact with buddies at home. Have no worries since the moment we arrived in Hanoi until we left and back to my country. If you are looking for a stay and tour packages in Hanoi, i would definitely recommend Hanoi Advisor hotel to you.

Liked: Overall very good for the price. Clean room, good facilities, staffs are friendly and enthusiastic,they helped me to buy a simcard and arranged halong bay trip. What makes me come back to this hotel is the value and great location, just 5 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake, the heart of Hanoi

Liked: The hostel was excellent value for money, but the star attraction is Mr Ngo, who greeted me warmly on our arrival, as though I was a old friend. I had an itinerary mapped out; he took excellent notes and presented me with open bus for very reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and well decorated. All up I would thoroughly recommend this hostel for those on a budget, and even for those who aren't. Stay here for the ambiance and the staff. Warmly recommended

Liked: I highly recommend this hotel, staff is great and very helpful. The hotel relative cheap, but offers big, clean rooms in a perfect location. Further more offers you many tours with good prices and helps you to book train tickets or with the organization with your journey. The staff were excellent and very helpful!!!

Liked: The hotel is located in Hanoi old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good stay with clean and spacious room. I booked taxi with the hotel only usd$15 from the airport to hostel and their tours were. I definitely recommend for other budget traveler

Liked: The special things make this hostel different is stuffs,they so friendly and helpful.I aks them book tour for me with very good price and service,beside location is very convenient with many bar and club,restauarnt around,super clean with AC,fridge,TV,wifi...in room,very value for money.strong recommend

Liked: Not much!

Disliked: Outside the hostel was very noisy, and as our balcony doors didn't close properly we didn't get much sleep. The was also some story/religious reading every morning at 6am over a loud speaker!! Ear plugs didn't help at all. The bed was VERY uncomfortable with springs sticking up all over! There is also no sheet to sleep under.

Liked: The staff in the hotel are amazing. They are so friendly and helpull. My girlfriend had her bag stolen from the airport and when we arrived in the hotel we just thought it was lost in transit from Bangkok and they immediately had started ringing the airport for us. The next day when Air asia said it arrived in Hanoi but there was no sign of it I told the manager and within 30 seconds one of the younger staff was knocking on the door saying his manager requested him to go to the airport. Very helpfull, kind and with wi-fi in all rooms its really a lovely stay. I would reccomend it to anyone.
